Call & Consult
We want your part of the process to be as easy as possible. After our initial call, we’ll get an appointment on the schedule right away. That’s where you’ll meet with your sales rep and designer to determine the best course of action for you. We’ll send confirmations in whatever way you choose (reminders, texts, emails): from the first call to the free estimate.
Sign & Deliver
After you approve and sign the estimate, we set out to get the work scheduled and materials ordered. There’s a lot that happens along that journey; but we’ll handle all that work for you and be in communication if anything changes.
The Magic Happens
As work gets underway to bring your vision to life, there will be a project manager on site with the crew. They will be your point person to keep you appraised of big decisions, while handling all the behind-the-scenes activity to keep your life as stress-free as possible!
Quality Follow-Ups
Once the work is done, our meticulous clean-up and quality assurance team will come through with a final checklist that will leave your home sparkling and better than you could have imagined. We take before-and-after pictures for the benefit of future customers; but most importantly, we will make any final adjustments you need. We don’t leave until you’re happy!

These guys are everything I could have hoped for. They were patient while the HOA>Town>County approvals plodded along with approvals. The workmanship was spot on. And they were sooo considerate (I work from home & the guys didn't play music or interrupt my day in any way!!!!). What can I say but WOW!!!! We have been loyal customers ever since Sundance came out and repaired our egress window and well several years ago. We have used them for our siding and stacked stone feature on the entrance to our home and then used them to complete a kitchen remodel. With that remodel, they brought to life a vision that my wife had for the kitchen and nailed it. It is bright and airy, a welcomed focal point of the home and functional in every way. Now, we have just completed a laundry room transformation and we could not be more pleased. Mindy Collins was our designer and helped with colors and design layouts with my wife. Bill, the project manager, was in constant communication with us from start to finish. Jaime, Steve and Scott (electrician) and plumber (who's name I forgot) were the experts who tore down, rebuilt, rewired and replumbed this room. Jaime & Steve consulted with us all along the way for our input of some of the design features that were initially proposed but now seemed to detract from the overall finished produsct. These decisions made during the Reno had a positive impact on the final appearance and we love it!! The finished product is now functional with cabinets (upper & lower), a countertop and additional electrical outlets. The utilities, which were unsightly and scattered across the wall are not located behind the washer/dryer stack and out of sight. Fresh pain and hardware now matches our kitchen colors. We are extremely pleased but the level of professionalism and dedication to detail by Jason's team of professionals. I could not be more pleased with the Egress Window Sundance installed in our basement. From start to finish, the entire team was professional and answered all of my questions. Clark who ran the entire project was great.
When it came time to install the egress, the entire process took about 6-hours and there was ZERO mess for me to clean up afterward!
I highly recommend Sundance and will use them and refer them whenever I or any of my neighbors are looking for remodeling work.
